Job Description :
The Sr. Project Superintendent effectively managing all activities on the project to include cost control, meeting or exceeding project specifications, jobsite safety, direction and coordination of construction crews and subcontractors; while assuring quality of production, client satisfaction and completion of project(s) on schedule, and maximizing profitability.Job Description
  • Manage and schedule foremen and subcontractors
  • Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations (owner, clients, consultants, public)
  • Coach, supervise and train foreman and field employees on the project site(s)
  • Establish performance and production goals for project teams
  • Confer with management and engineers, inspectors and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods
  • Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
  • Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget
  • Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as needed
  • Implement the Company policies and procedures
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
  • Must possess knowledge of contracts, specifications, and reports
  • Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
  • OSHA Competent person certification
  • Must have an excellent driving record
