Superintendent - Lumicity : Job Details

Looking for construction superintendents with large scale, ground up construction experience.

Relevant projects include those within the k-12, higher education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and mission critical industries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of CONSTRUCTION Superintendent experience
• Stable work history (no job-hopping)
• Willing to relocate to Virginia for in-person work
• Minimum of $10,000,000 previous project experience

Preferences:

• 10-15 years of Superintendent experience
• k-12/higher edu, commercial, healthcare, industrial experiences on large scale projects
• Experience managing projects over $5 million
• Skilled in complicated, structural projects

Compensation:

• Base pay ranges from $120,000 to $170,000, based on candidate's individual experiences and excellence
