Superintendent - Diamond Peak Recruiting : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a results-driven leader with the ability to supervise field operations, ensure adherence to project timelines, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. The Superintendent will serve as the on-site representative, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring work meets quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, progress, and compliance with building codes.
• Address and resolve construction challenges, collaborating with the project management team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Facilitate regular site meetings to coordinate efforts and communicate project updates.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and labor resources are effectively managed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience in commercial construction, preferably with ground-up projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
