Superintendent - Metric Geo : Job Details

We are partnered with a leading construction management firm to find a Superintendent for their growing Mission Critical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-stakes projects in the data center and mission-critical construction space, with a focus on delivering excellence and innovation.

This project is based in South Bend, IN. This can be a traveling role, with monthly travel and housing allowance, or local with a generous relocation package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction documents, ensure field dimensions are accurate, and verify subcontractor layout for compliance.
• Lead quality assurance efforts, including inspections and resolution of deficiencies.
• Track and document all job progress through reports, photos, and project management tools.
• Create and distribute daily and weekly work plans, including schedules and logistics.
• Oversee safety programs, pre-task planning, and site monitoring to ensure a safe work environment.
• Supervise and mentor field engineers to support their growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience with mission-critical projects, such as data centers or telecommunications facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction-related fields.
• Willingness to travel to South Bend, Indiana for project assignments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work in complex, fast-paced environments.
