Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in Buffalo, NY at Cross Management Corporation. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring project progress, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, project scheduling, and budget management
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Understanding of architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction software and technology, preferably Procore
• OSHA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
