Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on high-end residential construction sites.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate problem-solving and address any issues that arise during construction.
Profile
The Superintendent - Luxury Homes Up to $15M - Sandwich MA will have:
- 4+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record in managing remodels or custom home projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Southern MA or Cape Cod.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Adaptable and willing to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
