Superintendent Technical Training - Freeport McMoRan : Job Details

Lead, support, and/or collaborate with other talent management team members in the implementation of a significant range of competency-based learning and assessment programs to a culturally diverse range of learners in both on job and off job situations globally. Contribute to the department and overall division team efforts, at all times demonstrating those behaviors that fully support talent management values policies and procedures. Demonstrate talent management values, policies and procedures, Freeport-McMoRan SHE policies and procedures within the section. Contribute to the overall team effort and teamwork within the talent management department. Ensure that all competency-based learning programs are professionally designed, evaluated, and delivered/facilitated in a wide range of on and off the job situations in order to meet Freeport-McMoRan employee development needs and quality standards globally.
