The incumbent supervises and coordinates with the print shop manager to schedule jobs and set priorities for all bindery employees, to ensure the smooth operation of jobs and quality control of final products, while meeting Company goals, following procedures and print order requirements. The position logs and tracks all Bindery print orders in an online database for audit purposes, submits daily reports to the manager as requested and schedules and supervises necessary maintenance for all print shop Bindery machinery. The incumbent is responsible for training new staff on Bindery equipment. As part of this role the incumbent is required to be an active physical worker involved in the daily production within the Bindery group. The Supervisory Bookbinder is also responsible for coordinating with the distribution team for on-time scheduled daily deliveries of print orders.Must be available to work Sat/Sun if needed.Note: Job performance requires the ability to lift 25-40 pounds repetitively.
