Medical, dental, vision, and 401k, among other benefits are available without a waiting period and offered at a low cost to you.Summary: Assembles pyrotechnic devices, Working with energetics, mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment | Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirementsMajor Position Responsibilities
- Supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts.
- Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.
- Resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment.
- Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees.
- Conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications.
- Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.
Basic QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and 3-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
