About the Role

As a Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the performance and success of a team of associates. You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. This position is REMOTE within the state of KENTUCKY.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily tasks of complex business, technical support, and production teams.
• Manages 10 or more employees. Provides daily supervision to team members including coaching, quality checks, and work progress
• Manages hiring/termination actions and performance appraisals/reviews.
• Performs QA and agent performance evaluations.
• Reviews escalations and reports trending issues.
• Works closely with the Commonwealth of Kentucky to resolve issues.
• Impacts the quality, performance, productivity, and efficiency of the team while boosting morale.
• Responsible for the success of the team.
• Works within established precedents and practices.
• Examines information to solve ongoing problems.
• Performs work independently and unsupervised.
• Achieves goals through the work of others.

Requirements

• Requires broad technical and industry knowledge of Medicaid.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts in the Medicaid field.
• Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management.
• Understands how to coordinate efforts across teams to achieve goals.
• Assists others in achieving goals.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
