ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:This role is responsible for leading the Distribution Center team through effective and efficient operations by maintaining a strong culture that reflects the overall values and strategic initiatives of Boston Proper. Sets and oversees productivity goals aligned with company's strategic initiatives to ensure timely service for our customers.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage warehouse leads and associates, monitoring work flows, departmental efficiencies and the overallthroughput of merchandise as it flows from point to point throughout the DC's operation.* Manage warehouse processes and procedures to achieve an efficient operation.* Sets KPIs in collaboration with leaders.* Monitor associates' performance and lead training initiatives to help improve associates' overallperformance.* Manage performance review process for distribution center associates.* Responsible for facility safety maintenance.* Responsible for the accuracy of inventory.
