Job Description :

As the Supervisor of Operations, you will help to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health's concierge emergency Centers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations and that Sollis members receive exceptional service and care. You will work on the Operations Management team and lead the daily activities of the center.

Full Time- 40 hours/week - Monday- Friday with rotating on-call weekends - 2 days/week Tribeca Clinic, 2 days/week Gramercy Clinic, 1 day/week HQ (57th and Lex)

  • Supervise the performance of clinic staff including Front Desk Coordinators, Radiology Techs, Lab Specialists and other support staff and provide performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed
  • Oversee workflows for the front desk, lab, radiology and general patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact when on shift for any patient or employee concerns escalating to the extended Operations leadership team as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies for the site partnering with Procurement and Nursing leadership to ensure all items are stocked.
  • Create staff schedules for clinical and operations, complete bi-weekly payroll, and daily reconciliations of timecards for employees at your site.
  • Facilitate a culture high-quality patient experience through exceptional and responsive encounters with Sollis members.
  • Partner cross-departmentally with peers and leaders to increase efficiency and to provide high-quality services.
  • Train new and existing staff on updated and new company policies.
  • Assess and manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost effective contracts
  • Lead team meetings and in-service training.
  • Assume front desk responsibilities for as needed
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment required, preferably within healthcare, startup, or related company.
  • 1+ year of previous leadership experience.
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational, project management and process improvement skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and manage urgent requests.
  • Lean Six Sigma training highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally among departments and teams.
  • Strong technical and systems skills - ability to manage systems, EHR, compliance databases, and simple financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional EQ - ability to listen to staff and act as their advocate when needed.
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business.
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.

Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year

This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York City. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
