Job Description :
Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials. Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics. Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents. Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements. Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications HS Diploma/ GED required Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/ Logistics facility. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5 S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
