Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supervisor-Palmyra to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. What's the Job?

• Direct and oversee the work of team members while ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Report directly to the plant manager regarding operational performance and team dynamics.
• Assist in starting, stopping, and working on machines involved in the plastic molding process.
• Engage in tasks such as attaching handles and trimming plastic to meet specifications.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment that encourages team engagement.
