Job Location : Raleigh,MS, USA
* Provide supervision, to subordinate staff to facilitate smooth operations.
* Ensure adequate weekend staff coverage, including staff breaks, monitoring the use of overtime, and staff performance and supervisory duties as needed.
* Ensure personnel actions are carried out on staff accurately and timely with input from the Risk manager on call or Administrator and approval as required by Director of Human Resources.
* Monitor written training programs for documentation.
* Monitor necessary documentation on data collection sheets, I/A reports, etc., for accuracy and timeliness.
* Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served.
* Follows all safety policies and adheres to all workers' compensation program guidelines.
* Complete investigation/allegation I & A reports as directed by Program Director/Risk Manager on call.
* Monitor community outings and ensure all monies and receipts are turned in and accounted for according to company procedures.
* Work closely with and ensure open communications with weekend charge nurse on duty to facilitate smooth operations.
* Report all risk management issues to the nurse on duty promptly.
* Other duties as assigned.
