Overview

With support of senior department leaders, manages one or more small teams and internal/external program/project teams and partnerships as well as managing project resources needed to plan and implement population health initiatives. This role works on our statewide perinatal quality improvement initiative that will focus on supporting a statewide maternal health task force, overseeing the expansion and operation of community coalitions.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site in Lebanon and definite travel time across the state for community engagement activities.

Responsibilities

* Leads and coaches others to conduct assessments necessary to program planning.

* Manages the development of high-functioning collaborative partnerships, including people and other resources, and technical assistance to partners .

* Facilitates or leads multiple project and/or complex planning efforts with internal and external stakeholders; contributes to departmental strategic planning efforts.

* Manages internal and external stakeholders to implement evidence based practices, activities and programs.

* Supervises and advises performance reviews for small staff and advises/coaches internal/external partners.

* Manages project expense/revenue budget with substantial guidance from supervisor.

* Represents Dartmouth-Hitchcock in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

* May be asked to serve on Boards/Govt. Committees to advance program goals.

* Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* 4 years related experience with experience as coaching or preceptor.

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, diplomacy, Allyship and the ability to work as part of and foster positive team culture required.

* Ability to propose, plan, manage, and execute more than one project at a time under pressure with minimal support.

Required Licensure/Certifications

- Holds field-specific and dept. certifications; Trained in advanced facilitation/lead
