Supervisor - Production - Freudenberg Group : Job Details

• Prepares and issues production and employee work schedules
• Monitors/records efficiencies in work areas
• Maintains/establishes standardized work processes and time studies
• Prints, reads bills of materials to ensure consistency of product
• Ensures all production is in compliance - bills of material, quality, etc.
• Trains, reviews, coach, discipline employees

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Basic to intermediate skills in data entry and excel
• Fluent in English- read, write, speak.
• Math skills must be proficient
