Ensure activities meet regulations.What Will Make You Successful In The RoleKnowledge in the areas of professional registered nurse and the professional development educator/specialist, aligning with the standards of ANCC.Knowledge of nursing care standards from certifying bodies, hospital, and department. Familiar with laws and regulations.Experience in management roles with exposure to behavioral based interviewing, team dynamics, and excellent social communication skills.Understanding quality measures related to assigned scope and tactics to improve outcomes through evidence-based adult learning concepts and proficiency checks.Skill in using different assessments, like tests and feedback, to establish program success and make changes at different levels.Capacity to teach, guide, and encourage others in conceptualizing and designing programs.Skill in managing work allocation and supervision for a group of staff members following set procedures and guidelines.Capability to elect effectively on recruitment and termination matters.Skills in training and conducting performance assessments of supervised staff.Basic computer literacy, including skills in Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling and payroll systems, electronic medical documentation, and email.Belonging StatementWe believe everyone should feel welcome, valued, and supported.
