VideosDuties Responsible for a wide range of technical and quality activities within the Technical/Quality Division of the Directorate Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and integrating the work of subordinate staff. Manages and directs subordinate technical, quality assurance and administrative personnel. Develops, presents, and promulgates recommendations for changes in/enhancements to branch programs to improve customer service and satisfaction. Manages studies and special projects regarding and affecting Supplier Operations plans, goals and initiatives. Monitors the collection, consolidation and analysis of metrics and data used to inform operating officials regarding the viability, effectiveness, and efficiency of Team programs. Identifies and implements initiatives to eliminate or reduce inefficient and/or ineffective work practices and provides technical guidance to subordinates to improve efficiency and productivity. Reviews decisions made by subordinates and/or team leads, assuring application of all personnel management programs. Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Coordinates, directs and integrates work of teams, including a wide range of technical and quality activities related to the supply chain.
