Key Functions
- Collaborate with Contract Administration and Workforce Development to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor diversity goal contractual obligation
- Partner with Estimating, Project Managers and Sourcing Executives to ensure successful execution of diversity goals by assisting with diverse supplier identification for sourcing and other opportunities
- Identify and attend vendor/supplier sources and fairs to ensure a diverse vendor pool
- Conduct online research and site visits
- Manage, review and respond to inquiries from various channels, including procurement supplier diversity portal
- Work with Marketing & Communications to maintain and update supplier diversity content
- Identify qualified, prospective small and diverse suppliers and facilitates introductory discussions with Procurement colleagues
- Collaborate with the Contract Administration and Workforce Development to onboard suppliers and conduct post project assessment
- Identify industry best practices in supplier diversity programs and recommend appropriate practices to continuously evolve Supplier Diversity program
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of and engagement with supplier diversity initiatives
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute supplier support programs including education, training, mentoring and networking
- Participate in supplier development activities with national and local small and diverse supplier councils
- Participate in supplier diversity panels and workshops, trainings, workgroups, strategic planning sessions and other group projects as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in Supplier or Workforce Development in government, private or public sector
- Experience with government reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have good analytical skills
- Ability to work in working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, growing environment
- Have strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize work assignments
- Work effectively with a diverse workforce

The compensation range for this role is 70-90k.
