Pay Rate: $25/hr to $32/hr ON W2

Job Summary:

• Primary liaison between the company and suppliers for troubleshooting and answering questions related to the Supplier Scorecard that is used to measure supplier delivery, quality, order confirmations and other performance management categories.
• Perform follow up with suppliers that have Supplier Scorecard questions via Microsoft Teams, email, phone or in person meetings.
• Communications and status updates will be between the Supplier Scorecard Rep, internal client customers, and external suppliers.
• Track activities in internal ticketing/task management system

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Required Skills/Experience:

• Self-driven, professional, friendly, team player, customer service-oriented
• Intermediate to high level ability in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office, and web-based application
• Good organizational skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills/Experience

• College degree or progress toward college degree
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP, and Ariba Sourcing applications
• Fluent in French
