*Contract Role*- Supply Chain Representative

Summary

The Supply Chain Representative is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain group. This role ensures smooth and efficient coordination of supply chain activities including logistics and vendor relations. The role is responsible for contract requirements, working with suppliers on Openticket set ups, and managing the company vehicle fleet. This role reports to the VP Supply Chain and resides in Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and training vendors on the Openticket system.
  • Managing pricebooks and coordinating with stakeholders on price changes or updates.
  • Ensure Surges insurance requirements are being met by Surges Suppliers. Review insurance certificates and liaise with ISNs insurance specialists to keep their systems updated.
  • Set up new vendors in the Accounts Payable System and process address changes as required. Manage and record vendor updates on the BA set up log.
  • Enter material transfers (MT) into Quorum for financial processing, review and validate MT entries, Manage GoCanvas tracker to help communicate the status of the MTs.
  • Assist in User Groups with preparing of credit applications and obtaining of W-9s.
  • Manage Surges Vehicle fleet including ordering of new vehicles, automobile insurance and storage of vehicle titles.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement or Accounting
  • Administrative or analytical experience
  • ERP / Accounting software experience in support of inventory and material transfers and company setups
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders in various groups such as Accounting and Field Operations to complete requests in timely and efficient way
  • Skilled in tools and technology including Microsoft products with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in working with SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain or relevant program
  • Oil and Gas upstream experience
