This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain operations, data analysis, and business intelligence, allowing the company to optimize its supply chain and enhance decision-making processes.Additionally, they will be responsible for the following:A successful candidate will need a combination of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent written and communication skills are required to report findings clearly, structured.
  • The supply chain analyst will be a key player in collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT to turn supply chain data into actionable insights that improve processes and decision-making. This collaborative effort will develop a single source of truth across supply chain data sources, providing clarity and consistency in reporting.
  • Identifies and analyzes internal and external data sources relevant to supply chain operations, leveraging new data collection processes. Collaborates with business subject matter experts to ensure accurate and meaningful data integration and retention to meet business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying key supply chain data sources and providing insights to improve inventory management, supplier performance, demand planning, and overall operational efficiency. The candidate will be expected to diagnose and troubleshoot supply chain-related issues effectively through data-driven analysis.
  • Develops innovative solutions to supply chain problems, leveraging statistical and optimization techniques. Uses scenario modeling and algorithmic pattern detection to validate findings and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Assesses opportunities within the supply chain to enhance data quality, ensuring that insights are valid, meaningful, and compliant with governance and security policies. Works with data stewards to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develops and maintains supply chain metrics and dashboards, enabling continuous improvement in inventory levels, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and demand forecasting accuracy. Collaborates with the business to validate findings and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
  • Assists in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring of supply chain-related software systems to ensure seamless operations.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, data analytics, or operations management.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical techniques and proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in supply chain modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization algorithms.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong skills in business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other supply chain management systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex supply chain data to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL Server and proficiency in querying data for supply chain reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration across teams.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes such as inventory management, procurement, supplier performance, and demand planning.
