Job Opportunity: Supply Chain & Contract Analyst

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain & Contract Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting vendor contracting processes while analyzing and managing corporate, direct, and capital expenditures. This position combines supply chain analysis with oversight of contract intake and maintenance processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among field and corporate leaders, accounting, legal, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Contract Management:
  • Oversee new vendor setup, including managing agreement workflows, redlines, and correspondence during negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal legal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to complete Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for field vendors.
  • Collect and maintain vendor documentation and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor contract renewals, assist in negotiations, and track compliance requirements.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain and manage the ISNet system, ensuring vendor information is current and compliance statuses are updated.
  • Generate and maintain management reports consolidating data from ISNet, contracts, market analysis, invoices, and other sources.
  • Financial & Cost Analysis:
  • Support operations and supply chain teams by consolidating vendor bid responses and facilitating rate sheet compliance.
  • Conduct spend analyses and reconciliations to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of upstream oil & gas experience or relevant equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management, including:
  • MSA and vendor management
  • Spend analysis and reconciliations
  • Contract management workflows
  • Proficiency with OpenInvoice and ISNet software preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
