Job Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain processes, with a focus on third-party logistics (3PL) management. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with 3PL providers, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

+ 3PL Management: Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

+ Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

+ Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

+ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

+ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain operations and 3PL performance.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, with specific experience in managing 3PL relationships.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
