Supply Chain Analyst - SATECHI : Job Details

Satechi is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team! The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the supply chain data library for data integrity and accuracy. They will collaborate with all cross functional areas to design and develop tools, analytics, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization of demand supply and inventory planning. We are looking for someone that likes working with numbers and is eager to learn from an experienced team. What you will be doing:

• Datasets creation: Retrieve, validate and consolidate internal and external transaction data of purchase, sales, and inventory activities.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that inventory is available at the right time and right place. Identify and escalate potential over or out of stock situations.
• Create weekly inventory management KPI and measurement reports.
• Work with purchasing and logistics to track purchase order creation/changes, production schedule, deliveries, and receipts. Maintain a schedule of purchase order delivery estimated-arrival-date showing in a readable/usable format.
• Identify areas of improvement and reporting for better efficiency.
• Monthly forecasting accuracy; weekly and monthly sales and inventory numbers.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 2-4 years of experience using an ERP and demand planning system, NetSuite is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with logistics, demand planning, supply chain, or finance.
• Great problem-solving skills within complex situations with changing priorities.
• Comfortable with large data sets - extract, consolidate and summarize.
• Moderate/Advanced Excel skills (preferably building or maintaining dashboards) - pivot tables, xlookup, sumif, and nesting formulas.
• Attention to detail - Ability to maintain datasets library.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
