SUMMARY

We are looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst with a focus on optimizing purchasing and logistics operations. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to improve procurement and logistics processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution. You are critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain and supporting supply chain initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Supply Chain Analyst will have these responsibilities:

• Analyze purchasing and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as procurement costs, lead times, and delivery accuracy.
• Utilize statistical methods and supply chain modeling tools to propose optimization strategies for purchasing and logistics functions.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to analyze vendor performance and recommend improvements in supplier selection and negotiations.
• Create and manage domestic and international purchase orders throughout the life cycle of the PO.
• Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing, supplier consolidation, or other cost-reduction strategies.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor supply chain logistics to enhance efficiency.
• Support supply chain projects, such as system upgrades or process automation, by providing data insights and recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain analytics tools and best practices for resoliving any supply chain disruptions
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Supply Chain Analyst will have these qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree w/ 2+ years of supply chain analytics experience
• Advanced Excel, SQL, or Tableau skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization necessary
• Knowledge of large-scale food or pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations is a plus.
