YOUR MISSION

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, and freight forwarders.
  • Optimize shipping routes and modes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement supply chain technologies and tools to streamline operations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including disruptions, delays, and cost fluctuations.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay informed on market trends, economic changes, and geopolitical issues that may impact supply chain operations.
  • Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding procurement, inventory, and logistics.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

· At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.

· Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant change.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve goals.

· Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.

· Hands-on experience in international logistics, including customs clearance and import/export operations.

This is a FULL-TIME, Monday through Friday, 8-5 position that offers a competitive salary, health benefits, PTO, and small business flexibility!
