Job Description

• Utilizes Information Technology in multiple systems to build the required data for work groups.
• Tracks demand requirements against work schedules and coordinates with Sourcing to provide detailed updates to work groups.
• Provides expediting between Logistics Supplier and Integrated Supply Chain for emergent needs.
• Updates Information in systems to communicate effectively to multiple groups.
• Tracks costs and budgets to assist Finance and Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Must be able to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in electric utility sourcing (generation, substation).
• Strong Knowledge of Information Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service focus, with ability to build credibility with internal clients and external suppliers.
• Strong Knowledge of Finance and Accounting.
