Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite 1x per week)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)

Description:

  • As a Global Supply Chain Associate, you will be an integral part of the Global Supply Chain organization, supporting the development and maintenance of end-to-end global supply plans, ensuring transportation compliance, providing supply chain reporting, and maintaining master data integrity using planning and execution systems.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in Controlled Document Management (GDP/CDOCS)- Experience in maintaining compliance and accuracy in regulated documentation systems.
  • Strong Analytical & Excel Skills- Skilled in creating reports and analyzing data using Excel.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain & Planning Knowledge- Understanding of supply chain flows, demand, and supply plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Business process owner and manager of global product planning processes.
  • Global Temperature Excursion Form generation.
  • Supply chain reporting to tax and treasury departments.
  • Global Master Data reporting.
  • Working Cell Bank inventory reporting.
  • Support with reporting and documentation functions within the global planning team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School/GED + 2 years work or military experience OR Associate's + 6 months' work or military experience.
