Job Summary: We are experiencing an exciting period of hyper growth and are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our suppliers and partners. The Sales Coordinator interacts with suppliers as well as internal staff to provide information in response to questions and concerns through e-mail, phone, and face-to-face. This position is required to be on-site, based in our Irvine, CA location and may require overtime hours. Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid delays.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain optimization.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure that supply chain activities align with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records.
  • Collect & analyze data and generate reports.
  • Support audit processes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/organizational skills.
  • Ability to deploy a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA.
