Supply Chain CoordinatorJob ID: 122296Location: Jemmal, TN, 5020Missions:Acting as internal and external contact person for themes across model ranges and supply chains within their own department; participating in internal working groups.Participating in projects regarding coordination and ensuringplanning for SOP and EOP of series across all supply chains and in coordination with the department.Monitoring and analyzing stock values and ranges, detecting logistical stock changes in consideration of range targets across all supply chains.Analyzing key figures and deriving measures.Ensuring regular requirement analysis, inventory ranges, and production volumes across all supply chains in consideration of defined restrictions.Ensuring the implementation of optimizations across all supply chains.Check and maintain overriding system parameters.Ensuring the availability of logistical frame conditions.Train, brief, or instruct internal and external employees about topics of their field at home and abroad.Coordination of ramp-ups and ramp-downs of car lines across the entire supply chain.Coordination of model care, model year changes, PU across the entire supply chain.Consulting work in case of problems with control processes/tools.Training/communication of relevant Adonis processes regarding SCC processes.Ensuring the feasibility and sustainability of control processes and tools.Support and coordination of series and ED series.Synchronization and monitoring of the necessary master data across all control systems.Monitoring of on-time delivery to internal and external customers from near-series production (SEP Phase V).Monitoring of quantity monitors and, if necessary, control of clarification rounds with HPL and plant.Range tracking of stocks and, if necessary, corrective intervention in the event of under- or over-coverage.Definition of throughput times and target stock days.Coordinating the DRX-plant supply (e.g. with raw material, semi-finished products, components, etc.) / customer plants (e.g. with products, etc.) across all supply chains.Participating in internal and external escalation processes with customers, in depth and scope depending on escalation level and the requirements of the responsible for escalation.Coordinating the customer plant supply with finished goods across all supply chains (from the vehicle-related JIS-final assembly up to the customer).Ensure customer satisfaction.Monitoring of KPI and necessary statistics.Ensure the reliability and availability of information.Participate in the weekly meeting of change (Ãâ nderungsrunde) and follow the information outcome from it.Coordination of exceptional measures in case of difficulty.Trying to achieve the goals set.Follow processing actions scrap with BPM tool.Notify DETJ officials in the event of a power failure.Strictly apply the instructions for working procedures.Ensure efficiency and good collaboration with other groups and plant services.Inform superiors properly and regularly.Profile:Degree: University, Master's or Engineer (Logistics, Business Economics, or equivalent).2-3 years experience in the logistics field.Very good command of German and English.Very good IT and MS-OFFICE knowledge (focus on Excel).Experience in the field of material, production, JIS control.Very good communication and expression skills, especially with regard to customers and suppliers.Excellent experience in the application of logistics management systems.Analytical capability.Additional Knowledge:Conceive/shape solution approaches for different problems including thorough situation/problem analysis.Know the environmental policy.Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as energy consumption, water, paper, copper, etc.Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects, and response to emergencies.Basic Training IATF16949.Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.Prevent health and safety risks at work.Competence Model and Career Path:Teamwork/Cooperation.Ability to deal with conflicts.Process-oriented thinking.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility.Willingness for business trips.Economical thinking and acting.Intercultural competence.Take initiatives and develop them.Commitment to the company and its customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
