Job Type Full-time Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The supply chain coordinator will assist with the following: • Trucking to and from our various locations as well as outside trucking • Support shipping office in daily tasks that include but are not limited to ground labels, LTL shipments, containers • Warehouse Inventory management and tracking • Semiannual inventory review support • Tracks shipments to build data for process improvements and planning. • Management of small pack sample inventory and work with supervisor and logistics coordinator • Harvest receiving of product • Harvest sales team support • Analyzes inventory procedures; recommends updates and improvements to supervisor. • Off-site inventory checks as needed • Export document management • Support allocations department as needed • Other tasks as they are assigned Requirements Experience, Education, and Licensure/Certification Requirements: • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a warehouse atmosphere preferred or a bachelor's in supply chain or a supply chain-related field • Experience with quality/continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing safety practices. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Proficiency with computerized distribution systems. Physical Requirements: • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, loud, and labor-intensive environment at variable temperatures (from outdoor heat to indoor refrigerated coolers). • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Must have the ability to move around the warehouse. • Must have visual acuity (ability to see well and close) to visually sort hops. Salary Description $28.85-$31.25/hr.
