Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential support to the Supply Planning Managers and Sourcing Manager in ensuring smooth operations across supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will also assist with artwork project management for new product launches, playing a vital role in the coordination of timelines, supplier communication, and project execution. Key Responsibilities:Team Support:
- Assist the Supply Planning Managers with supply chain improvement initiatives.
Sourcing Assistance:
- Work closely with the Sourcing Manager to support supplier requests for quotes (RFQs), track supplier timelines, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Artwork Project Management:
- Coordinate the artwork development process for new product launches, including:
- Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitating approvals and feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure artwork requirements are aligned.
PR Kit Project Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of PR kits for product launches, ensuring all components are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with creative, sourcing, and supply chain teams to align PR kit deliverables with overall launch timelines.
- Manage packaging, assembly, and shipment coordination for PR kits to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key point of contact between the supply chain, sourcing, and NPD teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
Special Projects:
- Provide ad hoc support for special projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective execution of unique or high-priority initiatives.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in timelines or processes and escalate to the appropriate manager with recommendations for resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, sourcing, or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with supply chain software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the beauty or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Familiarity with artwork and packaging processes.
- Knowledge of MRP systems and project management tools.
