Job Description :
Supply Chain Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Central Phoenix who is in search of a supply chain customer service representative. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Experience with SAP software is strongly preferred, as it will be key to ensuring the smooth processing of orders and managing customer inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, inventory availability, shipping, and returns.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Process customer orders, monitor order status, and ensure accurate data entry into the system (SAP preferred).
  • Resolve any supply chain or order discrepancies, including backorders, shortages, and delayed shipments.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on order progress and communicate any potential delays.
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize supply chain processes and customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP software is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
