Supply Chain Director - ForceBrands : Job Details

**Must be able to be onsite in Brooklyn 3 days a week**

Responsibilities:

• Oversee co-manufacturing and raw material warehousing sites, handling both strategic and operational activities
• Manage supplier relationships, set stock targets, and control costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Supply, and Materials Planning teams to ensure production schedules align with forecasts
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and communicate solutions effectively.
• Support NPD projects and represent the brand in supplier engagements
• Optimize financial processes and KPI performance
• Manage a team of 5+ members

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in supply chain management
• Strong background in people management, with the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively
• Familiarity with supply chain management tools, NetSuite preferred
• Experience in the beverage or food industry is required
• Willingness to travel as needed and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
