The primary responsibility of this co-op is to support the flow of goods throughout the supply chain by working with ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, and distribution centers. You will thrive in this role if you have a keen attention to detail, the ability to juggle many tasks at once, and a strong willingness to learn. Individuals selected for our Co-Op Program will actively contribute to our company's growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our co-op program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston from July through December. Throughout the fall, co-ops will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand's progress. Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and preventing shortages.
  • Partner Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed minutes, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.
  • Chargeback Analysis: Investigate chargebacks from retailers by collecting necessary documentation and evidence, and address discrepancies to recover funds and prevent future occurrences.
  • Order Management: Accurately process and record customer orders in our internal system, ensuring timely and efficient order handling.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Science & Innovation and Marketing teams to support project execution and assist in the swift completion of various tasks and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year institution. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
  • Must be able to work five days per week, in person, at our Boston Seaport office from early July to late December.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel as well as strong data analysis skills.
