Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerJob Description
The SCM will deliver operational performance using SCM standard business processes and strategy. The scope includes planning & scheduling (SIOP, MPS, SFS), logistics (Freight, Warehousing, Inbound/Outbound, etc.), and associated performance metrics (Delivery, MSA, Logistics costs, DIO, etc.). The role is accountable for the deployment and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Management standard processes. As a member of the site leadership team, the site SCM is the 'conductor' for planning and logistics, ensuring adherence to management process and alignment.
Hard Skills
+ Execute the Global Supply Chain Management Strategy
+ Responsible for the site Sales Inventory Operations Planning activities (SIOP)
+ Orchestrate meetings between the Program and Site teams for daily execution, weekly MPS process, and monthly SIOP process
+ Plan Operations
+ Create Material Plans (MRP)
+ Create and manage master production schedule
+ Plan distribution requirements (Outbound logistics)
+ Manage logistics and warehousing (receiving, internal movements, warehousing, shipping, costs)
+ Responsible for the site inventory strategy and performance (DIO)
+ Ensure accuracy and accountability of the organizations official master data in the local ERP and systems
+ Deploy and execute Company standards (people, process, tools) and continuous improvement activities
+ Monitor, review, and analyze SCM metrics

Onsite M-TH, Hours between 7:00am - 5:00pm, No Fridays (Remote)
