Supply Chain Lead

Hours:

Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

**Onsite role- MUST be willing to commute to Wixom, MI**

Manufacturing company, this would be on a team focused on their EV battery charging systems.

Looking for a Supply Chain Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Very much a hands on role, willing to role up sleeves and do what's necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, implementing best practices to minimize costs while meeting customer demand.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions across the supply chain.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Must haves:

+ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

+ 4+ years of experience in supply chain lead/management role, with ideally 1+ years in a leadership role.

+ Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.

+ Proficient in supply chain software and tools (SAP).

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
