Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Lead responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate ensures efficiency and effectiveness in all operations through strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a willingness to roll up sleeves and do what is necessary to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, implementing best practices to minimize costs while meeting customer demand.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions across the supply chain.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
