We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Manager for our client company. This will be a direct hire with the client (not contract). Relocation assistance is available to the Huntington, WV area if needed.

Qualifications:

• We're looking for a proactive individual with ability to lead a team. Previous leadership is not required but need someone who is ready now to lead a team.
• Ability to work with customers and to push back professionally when appropriate is critical.
• Progression in career providing experience in materials planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics. Experience in or leading customer service a plus. Experience with upstream and downstream supply chain is needed.
• Ability and experience working through supply chain issues to prevent line down time and customer down time. A proactive approach and ability to quickly and creatively resolve issues when they arise.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but will consider experience in place of degree.
• 2-5+ years of experience in overall supply chain and logistics.
• Understanding of inventory management principles, proficiency in ERP / MRP system, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Effective communicator with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
