The Supply Chain team is seeking a Subcontract Management Staff. This role is for a Subcontract Management Staff for the F-35 Principle Teammate, Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. This position will be responsible for overall cost, schedule, technical and quality performance for Northrop Grumman in their role as a subcontracted principle teammate across the (F-35) Sustainment Line of Business. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the following areas but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. Some travel will be required for this position. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
