Supply Chain ManagerReporting To: VP of Supply ChainDirect Reports:NoStatus:Full-TimeExempt/Non-Exempt:ExemptDivision:Supply ChainJob Purpose:Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize logistics and operations projects. Ideal candidates will excel in project execution, driving efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teamsKey Job Responsibilities:Develop accurate demand/forecast plans for DC'sOversees the Inventory Analyst, Business Analyst, and Inventory SpecialistCoordinates incoming product and product related projects with DC teamsManages and oversees the replenishment strategy from the DC to the stores and hubsWorks closely with the merchandising team to ensure their strategies are implemented and stay in placeEnsure all product related teams are following the schedule on the planning calendarBe aware of the companies' budget and ensure their team is doing their part to stay within budgetReview sourcing and lost sales within the storesWork with the Supply Chain and Merchandising VP's when implementing store forecast to ensure they follow budget and product strategiesRequirements: Bachelors degree preferred At least three years of supply chain and management experienceStrong Microsoft Office skillset, especially in ExcelLocated in Houston or Jacksonville and able to work in the office (hybrid schedule considered after 90 days)Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation plan complete with attractive benefits offerings that include (not limited to) medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off and opportunities for advancementXL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) a Marubeni Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
