We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager to join our startup team, who will be responsible for managing inventory and material flows within a 5G radio electronics OEM as well as vendor interactions and quoting. This position will be responsible for buying and shipping logistics, and the development and optimization of inventory and product lifecycle workflows. The position will require on-site work in the Houston, TX Heights area and Greater East End and will report to our executive staff, while managing a small team of warehouse assistants and supply chain specialists and coordinating with our accounting team.
The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and an all-around expert with the Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. The candidate should be proficient with data information systems, including ERP, accounting software, and familiar with GAAP accounting and materials auditing. Specific experience with our systems is not required, just a working knowledge and ability to test and trial new systems as we evolve and streamline our operations.
Day-to-day communications and coordination typically occur through Slack, Monday.com task management, and email platforms, in additional to daily interactions in an office-focused culture.
