The Supply Chain Manager will have experience within the manufacturing space, and be responsible for overseeing the supply planning and purchasing team. They will work with internal stakeholders to ensure OTD is met for their customers, implement S&OP processes, and help to drive cost saving initiatives.

The key responsibilities will be providing leadership within the organization, develop new S&OP processes to drive efficiency and meet customer demands, work cross functionally with the procurement department to ensure supplier quality, and be able to ensure the supply chain process is running smoothly.

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Knowledge of industry regulations

- Leadership and team management experience

- Negotiation skills to ensure supplier quality and cost saving initiatives are met

- Knowledge of ERP systems

- Experience implementing S&OP processes
