Job Description :
Position Purpose:
- KPI Management: Serve as the custodian for processing KPIs, ensuring the achievement of all objectives and targets. Manage data tracking, measure relevant KPIs, and provide recommendations to the team on improvement areas.
- Inventory Traceability: Lead the traceability efforts for all inventory, including packed inventory. Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting and complete necessary reconciliations within the system.
- Blend Reconciliations: Oversee blend reconciliations from internal to packed grades.
- Processing Work Order: Plan and manage processing work orders, including MOPI management and instructions.
- Power User: Act as the primary expert for relevant systems.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education:
- Higher education in economics, finance, or management. An MBA or Finance qualification is a plus.
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain or finance in a multinational company. Industry knowledge is desirable.
Language Skills:
- Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP and Business Warehouse experience would be preferred.
