Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory.
• Proficient in production scheduling.
• Hands on IQMS ERP system experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and the warehouse.
• Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
• IQMS superuser
• Collaborate cross functionally which includes the engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
• Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out, ensuring efficient levels, and cycle counts.
• Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
• Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits.
