- Define the scope, timeline, team members, structure, deliverables, resource needs, and budget for various projects and initiatives.
- Work with key internal and external partners to define the project problem statement and articulate project needs.
- Develop and drive strategies to achieve solutions aligned with the global business and regulatory landscape.
- Hold team members accountable at various levels.
- Provide program direction & leadership while crafting a strategic plan.
- Lead and improve supply-chain compliance and due-diligence processes.
- Collaborate with team members across various functions.
- Navigate ambiguity and motivate change in complex situations.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering or related major; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with implementing supply-chain standards, preferably through the Responsible Business Alliance.
- Experience in global strategic sourcing or related field preferred.
- Excellent business insight with the ability to influence business leaders.
- PMP certification preferred.Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree with 5 years of related experience; Master's Degree with 8 years; Bachelor's Degree with 12 years.
- Supply-chain compliance or product-compliance experience required.
- Experience with business analytics and change management.
