The Tyvek Shelter Supply Chain Scheduler will be responsible for meeting and exceeding cross-functional business objectives with key focus on inventory management, order placement/replenishment, and Reorder Point (ROP) model maintenance.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Role Responsibilities:

* Issue detailed schedule for each asset/product line based on a final time-phased production plan.

* Manage production schedules during planning horizon.

* Manage production details in line with business strategy (cost, rate, inventory and uptime).

* Assure schedule is continually maintained and communicated throughout the supply chain.

* Highlight and actively participate in the identification and resolution of inventory, customer order issues, and quality issues as they develop. Work closely with Supply Chain manager, Tyvek planning and operations personnel.

* Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to appropriate parties.

* Develop, process and communicate plant/warehouse specific scenario planning to proactively prepare for shifts, disruptions, etc. in supply.

* Manage performance standards and analysis methods to compare actual production performance against the established standards.

* Monitoring process orders & assuring closed as needed, accurate process orders are used to maintain system & data integrity.

* Primary interface between manufacturing and customer service / sales.

* Works with manufacturing to optimize the plant schedule along with manufacturing capabilities.

* Coordinates the production planning with maintenance planning and scheduling needs.

* Validate material availability against asset schedule.

Deliverables:

* Valid Detailed Schedule

* Valid Master data (supports Daily Schedule and BOM and recipe)

* Communication of Schedule to manufacturer and availability to customer service.

* Detailed cyclical schedule adheres to policy/guidelines

* Support process improvement for the production schedule

* Develops, adjusts and maintains schedule to meet or exceed Integrated Operations KPI's while balancing customer needs to meet business goals

Role Pre-requisites:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business

* 2- 3 Year equivalent Supply Chain or manufacturing plant experience with proven capability (Material Planner, First Line Supervisor, Product Planner/Coordinator, customer service representative)

* Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP software) required

* Strong Excel skills required

* High sense of responsibility and initiative

* Stress resistance, flexibility

* Organizational talent - precise work and independent time management

* Strong communication skills

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Team spirit and the ability to work together in a network

Training / Certifications

* APICS Certification or obtained within two years on job

* Material Planner experience preferred

* Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or obtained on the job - optional

* Certified Lean Practitioner preferred or obtained on the job - optional
