Job Title: Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist – Bilingual (English and Chinese)

Locations: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 6:00 - 7:00 AM to 3:00 - 4:00 PM (8 hours + 1-hour lunch)

Status: Direct Hire

Mandatory Training: 2-3 months in Lewisville, TX, before reporting to the assigned location.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist fluent in English and Chinese to enhance warehouse and supply chain operations. This entry-level role is ideal for an individual who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency.

Administrative Support

  • Perform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and processing invoices.
  • Review and dispute invoices as necessary.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Develop, implement, and distribute SOPs and checklists to staff.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols across all operations.

Coordination and Communication

  • Communicate effectively with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review RGA (Return Goods Authorization) issues to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Staff Training and Onboarding

  • Train new staff on department SOPs to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with management to onboard employees and align them with company objectives.

Project Assistance

  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems, including file and record management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
